Kelly is involved in teaching Wellness Program and is getting her master's in Nutrition - which we have shared so much on. Wing has a very cool story. He co-founded Wahoo Fish Taco - a big franchise in the west coast US. He was doing well and Merrill Lynch wanted to run ads about The American Dream and had narrowed it down to about 30 companies, of which Wahoo Fish Taco was one. Those companies got calls to ask why they were the American Dream. His brother (co-founded) answered the call and said Dude (he's a surfer)...where else but in America can a Chinese man from Brazil (he was born there) sell Mexican food? Only in America! They were selected - had an TV ad done on them - it is ran for a year on all major sporting events (like SuperBowl), probably representing 10MM$ in marketing, and his business skyrocketed. Just goes to show you - you never know what one unexpected event can change your life!
