Some of the Wildlife on the Island

Here are some pictures of the Lemurs which are being protected here on the Island.

This is the laneway which runs from the Beach House - the lemurs enclosure is on the left (can't see it) - took the picture to show the beautiful pathways that run on the island.

Here are the scarlet Ibis - the picture doesn't do justice to their absolutely amazing color.

This is Sumo - the island dog - he is a happy one - loves to get petted - get my dog fix from him every day.

 

This is a pond that several flamingos are in - can't unfortunately see them very well in the picture.
